Following the success of last year’s EFFRA Manufacturing Partnership Day, which welcomed over 400 stakeholders, the second edition of the event will be a two-day event focused on Made In Europe and Factories of the Future projects.
The event will be organised around the lines framing manufacturing innovation today, such as manufacturing excellence, resilience, circularity in manufacturing, and the future of work. Beyond the project presentations, EFFRA will host an exhibition space where the different projects can showcase their work.
Our team from Insight Media will be at the event representing our Made in Europe project FLASH-COMP, which is developing a fast and reliable quality control solution that uses artificial intelligence to help identify and remove defects during composite manufacturing processes. As part of FLASH-COMP, we have also recently taken over the coordination of the 4ZDM cluster website, and so we will also be at the event representing this and talking about the cluster’s work.
Finally, we will be at the event promoting the release of our new edition of Projects Magazine, which gives an overview of some of the most cutting-edge research being done around the concept of zero-defect manufacturing. You can find out more about the upcoming magazine in our recent blog post.
